Training plays a crucial part in maintaining and evolving these collaborations with clients and suppliers alike.

Maintaining On-Time Deliveries is Crucial

On-time delivery from suppliers is critical in meeting customer requirements, both internal and external. Because of a successful, expansion of the business, Collins had recruited a number of new staff.  They wanted to quickly equip their new starters with expediting skills so they could be immediately effective.
The Job functions that underwent the training included: Purchasing Manager, Buyer, Senior Buyer, Analyst, Senior Analyst, Line Support Analyst.
The training took place in-house and took the form of a series of three, two-day face to face Effective Expediting courses.
