A need was identified for a general requirement to up-skill and develop various functions within their Supply Chain Department, and the training team put out feelers for a professional external trainer.
A client who had used PMS in the past highly recommended their services and a suite of training was set up.

Supply Chain Training – In House

As there were a number of team members requiring training, it was decided to set up In-house courses – covering key roles in the following areas: buyers, senior buyers, material planners, expeditors.

The training included a series of two-day courses on Negotiation, Improving Purchasing Performance Effective Stock Control and Effective Expediting.

Outcomes and Testimonials

Over a 6 week period 33 Lotus employees were trained. The training generally widened everyone’s knowledge of the subject matter in hand and helped everyone to get a fresh approach to their day to day roles.
